Using The Site
When using the site, you ensure that:-

all information supplied by you on the Site is accurate, current and complete;
you are 18 years of age or older in order to access and/or use the Site; purchases for persons under 18 years old may be created by a parent or legal guardian. Limitation of Liability
In any event, and not withstanding anything contained herein, LavieFlo Sdn. Bhd. liability in contract, tort (including negligence or breach of statutory duty) or otherwise howsoever, and whatever the cause thereof, arising by reason of or in connection with the sales and purchase order (except in relation to death or personal injury caused to the customer by the wilful act or gross negligence of LavieFlo Sdn. Bhd. or its employees while acting in the course of their employment). The customer shall not seek from LavieFlo Sdn. Bhd. loss of profits, contracts, revenue or business; or indirect, consequential, incidental, special, exemplary and/or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the sales and purchase order.

We may change any content or material on the Site at any time. Any of the content or material on the Site may be out of date at any given time, and we are under no obligation to update the Site. We shall not be liable if for any reason the Site, or any portion thereof, is unavailable at any time or for any period. We reserve the right to refuse any and all current or future access to and/or use of the Site without prior notice to you.

Quality Guaranteed
At LavieFlo Sdn Bhd., if there are any damages to the merchandise due to delivery, we will replace with the same product at no charge.

Write to us at cs@lavieflo.com within 24 hours of receipt of your product, and we will make an exchange.

We always try our best to feature the truest colour of all our products. However, different computer screen resolutions may affect the accuracy of the colours. This colour discrepancy usually occurs for pastel colours.

Delivery
Our products will be packed within 1 – 2 working days. Delivery durations depends on what shipping options you have chosen:

Personal Hand Delivery for RM30 – This option allows you to choose a specific date for delivery. However, this only applies to orders at least 2 days before the chosen delivery date.

Same Day Delivery for RM40- This option applies to all orders made one day before date of delivery and orders on the same day before 12pm.

Courier service (depending on location and size) – Your shipping fees covers 1 successful delivery. Upon failure of delivery, our courier will send the parcel back to us. We will get in touch with you via email, and you may opt for self-collection or reschedule the delivery for the same courier service amount you paid at your first order.

All delivery services are not applicable on Sundays and public holidays unless special request is granted.

If you do not wish to receive information such as new collection, special offers etc, you may request to be removed from our mailing list. Send us a message to cs@lavieflo.com with the word ‘unsubscribe’ using the email which you used to subscribed.

Cancellation Policy

We do not allow any cancellation of orders after purchase is made unless special circumstances were applied.

We offer a full refund, in the event an order is not being able to be fulfilled by Lavieflo.

Refunds are processed and submitted to the bank within 14 working days* of receipt of your refund request. Thereafter, the bank will process the credit to your credit card. The time frame for the credit to manifest in your credit card statement is defined by the bank.

Credit will be made via the same mode that it was submitted. For example, for payments made with credit card via our payment gateway, we will issue the refund by crediting the credit card account.

Aside from that, all orders are not refundable.

Cancellation Policy

At LavieFlo Sdn Bhd, we endeavor to deliver quality products. However, should you need to make an exchange, please ensure that your items are returned to us within 3 working days from the delivery date. Items such as gold metal plate and customized product are not eligible for exchange.

Our default currency for payment is Malaysia Ringgit (MYR).

We offer multiple payment methods which accepts local and international credit card.

If you pay in a currency that is different from our default currency, your bank may apply a currency conversion rate or fees to your payment. Contact your financial provider for more information on respective banking charges

What happens after I make an order online?
  1. You will receive an Order Confirmation via the email address you registered with.
  2. Your Order will be processed immediately by our team (for orders placed during working hours).
  3. A notification email will be sent to you when your order is ready for collection. If you have requested delivery, you will be notified upon successful delivery on the requested delivery date.
Will I receive a receipt for my order?

Yes, every online order will be followed by a confirmation email.

Product FAQ

What are the benefits of preserved flowers over fresh flowers?
  1. Prolonged Shelf Life: With proper care, it will last for 1 to 3 years. Generally preserved flowers will not wilt, whereas fresh flowers typically last for 5 days.
  2. Reduced Waste and Cost: Longer shelf life means less frequent replacement. For a hotel front desk, you would need to throw away the wilted natural flowers and replace with a new arrangement 52 times a year.
  3. Product Versatility: We are able to customize the colour of the flowers to suit any occasion.
  4. Time Factor: Preserved flowers arrangement are not constrained by time. Arrangements can be prepared ahead of time and look fresh on the day of your event.
How long can an arrangement last?

LavieFlo’s preserved flowers do not have an expiry date.

The condition of the arrangement may deteriorate depending on the environment you place it. However, it does not wilt like fresh flowers.

Our flowers can last for years, but the best viewing period is 6 – 12 months. We do not want to over-guarantee as the Singapore’s climate is humid.

Depending on care, your LavieFlo arrangement can last for 1 to 3 years in an air-conditioned room.

How do I care for the product to make it last as long as possible?
  • Do not water the product
  • Do not expose to direct sunlight
  • Blow with hair dryer from a moderate distance when dusty
Why is the cost of preserved flowers much higher than the cost of fresh flowers?
  • Only the highest quality flowers are used for preserved flowers
  • Only non-toxic, cosmetic grade chemicals are used in the preservation process
  • On average, only 30-50% of the flowers meet the stringent quality control standards
Are there chemicals used in the preserved flowers safe?

Yes. Only non-toxic and cosmetic grade chemicals are used in the process for preservation.
